Service Description

Fun fitness flow class which will help burn calories, get the heart pumping and work the whole body. All abilities are welcome! Classes are hybrid, zoom and in person, I have a lovely space for 6 people. This is a non spiritual class, no chanting or incense, it is an anatomical and science based practice for building strength, flexibility and balance ! Adult classes, 16+ *Do not come if you have any covid/flu/cold symptoms or have anyone self isolating at home*
