Service Description

The perfect way to start the day, a nice half hour sequence to energise you for the day ahead ! Classes are hybrid, zoom and in person, I have a lovely space for 6 people. This is a non spiritual class, no chanting or incense, it is an anatomical and science based practice for building strength, flexibility and balance ! Adult classes, 16+ *Do not come if you have any covid/flu/cold symptoms or have anyone self isolating at home*
