A Bit About Me

Making a Positive Impact

I’ve always worked with horses, yard work, as a rider or an instructor but it’s always been physical manual work, which as I got older took a toll on the body, the body I always took for granted. 


After having knee and shoulder surgery I was surprised at how much flexibility and strength I had lost even after doing all the physio, I started running to build up my fitness but struggled with shin splints, I tried several different things but none really grabbed me and then I found yoga ! 


I’ve ridden from a young age and it’s always fascinated me how the body can influence the horse, so yoga really was a natural progression.
